ReDiscover Cedar Run this spring! Cedar Run’s Education Team is hosting 2 full days full of educational events, hands-on learning, guided hikes, Wildlife Ambassador meet-and-greets, natural egg dyeing and more! Geared towards all ages and families in the region.
Wine & Wildlife Fundraiser | Saturday, July 15th, 2023
Cedar Run’s biggest fundraising event of the year! An evening of wine tasting, live music, auctions, and even special appearances by Wildlife Ambassadors. We have partnered with Cheers Wine & Spirits of Voorhees to host a South Jersey favorite fundraiser at The Community House of Moorestown.
Autumn with the Animals Festival | Sunday, September 24th, 2023
Our largest on-site event! A fun-filled educational day that is great for nature lovers of all ages. Visitors join us for wildlife programs, live music, canoeing, guided hikes, Wildlife Ambassador meet-and-greets, child-friendly games, make-and-takes, local vendors, food, and more. Geared towards all ages and families in the region.
Hoot, Waddle & Stroll 5k Trail Run & Walk Fundraiser | Saturday, September 30th, 2023
Individuals and families from throughout Southern New Jersey will lace up their sneakers and soar like eagles for Cedar Run’s 10th Annual 5k Trail Run and Walk! Participants will receive an event t-shirt with event sponsors logos on the back. Geared towards all ages and families in the region interested in health and wellness. Many local company teams come out to participate in this event.
Owl-O-Ween Trick-or-Treating Fun | Saturday, October 21st, 2023
Local littles dress up in their best Halloween costume and enjoy an afternoon trick-or-treating at our wildlife enclosures, along with enjoying a Halloween movie, costume contest, games, make-and-takes, food & more. It is a hoot! Geared for families with children ages 3-12.
Cedar Run For Your Life: Haunted Guided Hike | Saturday, October 28th, 2023
Just in time for the hoots of Halloween! Only the bravest will dare to explore Cedar Run after dark on our haunted guided night hikes! Hikers learn a bit more about the Legend of New Jersey’s famous Jersey Devil, and hope he does not make an appearance while they in the woods. Geared for thrill-seekers and families with children ages 10+.
