Woodford Cedar Run Wildlife Refuge will accept donations of stock, property, equipment, or materials to support the work of the organization at the discretion of the Executive Director and the Board of Trustees. Transfer and recording the value of the asset shall be done in a consistent manner and in compliance with accounting standards. The Executive Director will connect with the organization’s investment manager about the sale of any stock given to the organization immediately upon receipt by the organization.
Woodford Cedar Run Wildlife Refuge will accept in-kind contributions of goods or services other than cash that are related to the organization’s programs and operations at the discretion of the Executive Director.
The Executive Director and Board of Trustees reserve the right to decline any donation/contribution of stock, property, equipment, or materials that has the potential to present a liability or loss for the organization.
