What are the benefits of becoming a Cedar Run member?

Not only does your Cedar Run membership make an impact on Cedar Run’s mission, but it also comes with some amazing perks including discounts, special events, and reciprocal benefits. To see a full list of membership benefits click here.

Who is included in my membership?

For “Individual” memberships, one person can be named on the membership card.

For “Family of Two” level memberships and above, you may request up to two names on your membership card; these are two individuals within the same household who can use the membership card independently of each other.

Guests:  Membership at the “Family” level and above include up to 3 children (ages 12 and under). To add an additional guest to any membership level when you select the “Plus One Guest” option at checkout.

How long does my membership last?

When you purchase the one-year option, it is a one year membership from the day you purchase it through the end of the month the following year. When you purchase the two-year option, it is two year membership from the day you purchase it through the end of the month two years following.

I'm not certain if I'm a current member. How can I check?

You can reach out to our Membership Manager, Ashley Krusen, at any time via email at membership@cedarrun.org or by phone at 856-983-3329 ext. 108 to check the current status of your membership.

I've made donations in the past, does this make me a Member?

No, it does not. Membership dues and donations are separate contributions. While we appreciate the generosity of all supporter contributions, donations cannot be applied toward memberships for tax purposes.

Your Cedar Run membership may be tax deductible up to $75, but you should check with a tax adviser or your financial advisor for individual applicability.

I'm moving away, can I transfer my membership to a friend?

Cedar Run memberships are non-transferable. If you move, it would be the perfect opportunity to use your reciprocal benefits at other nature centers near your new home. As a Cedar Run member, you are entitled to reciprocal benefits to over 150 nature centers nationwide. Click here to review the current list.

How can I become a member or renew my membership?

  • In person at our Nature Center: Located at 4 Wawmill Road, Medford, NJ 08055.
    • We are open daily from 10:00am – 4:00pm.

When will my membership card arrive?

Membership cards will arrive to you in the mail 10-14 days from the date of purchase.
