Summer Camp – Awesome Adventurers
Jul 29 – Aug 2 all-day

Are your campers ready for this adventure? With their team they will explore the Refuge and find themselves challenged to “survive” a week in the Pines. Campers will build a survival shelter in the woods, use a map and compass, go in search of the Jersey Devil and see some animals too! July 8-12, July 29-August 2. 9:00 a.m.-3:00 p.m.. Entering 4th-5th grade.

Summer Camp – Forest Frolic
Jul 29 – Aug 2 all-day

Campers discover what it feels like to be animals surviving in the woods. They’ll look for the things that make the Refuge special. Flip over rocks and logs as we look for hidden wild treasures. Campers will be shocked by the exciting creatures we will find. July 8-12 & July 29-August 2. 9:00 a.m.-3:00 p.m. Entering 2nd-3rd grade.

Here’s a way to open the eyes of young ones to the wonders of nature. Budding naturalists will enjoy nature-filled activities using all of their senses. They will explore the natural world around them through play, walks, stories, games and crafts. Half and full day sessions available. August 5-9. 9:00 a.m.-3:00 p.m. Entering K-1st grade.

What creatures lurk in the waters of Cedar Run? Campers will explore the puddles, ponds and swamps of the Refuge. We will follow a frog’s footsteps, find bug-eating plants and see what else awaits us. It will be a wild and wet week of mysterious creatures and water wonders. July 22-26, August 5-9. 9:00 a.m.-3:00 p.m. Entering 2nd-3rd grade.

In this special interest camp we will engage in STEM (Science, Technology, Engineering, Math) and nature inspired activities and experiments. Nature exploration with modern technology opens the door for real-world applications and exciting adventures. August 12-16. 9:00 a.m.-3:00 p.m. Entering 4th-8th grade.

Summer Camp – Discovery by the Day
Aug 19 – Aug 23 all-day

Cedar Run offers week-long camp sessions, but understands that some families can’t commit to a full week. With our “Discovery by the Day” sessions you can sign-up for whichever days you’d like to accommodate your scheduling needs. New activities are planned each day so each child can participate. Camp days run 9:00 a.m.- 3:00 p.m. Campers entering grades K-5th only. $55/day or regular full day pricing for all 5 days.

Following the brunch, embark on an exclusive and educational journey as you participate in an in-depth discussion and tour of our Wildlife Rehabilitation Hospital, including Cedar Run’s outdoor rehabilitation enclosures. These facilities are not open to the general public – this is a rare opportunity to explore them with a licensed wildlife rehabilitator.
