Summer Camp Sponsorship Application

Do you know someone who is having a hardship this year and would like to send their child to camp at Cedar Run? Apply for one of our sponsorship spots!

To apply for a sponsorship for Summer Camp 2025 at Woodford Cedar Run Wildlife Refuge, parents or guardians will need to fill out the form below. If you would like to apply for more than one child, please fill out separate forms for each child. Sponsorships are limited; a sponsorship application does not guarantee a spot in our camp program. Applicants must be able to arrange transportation for their camper to Cedar Run and provide lunch. Cedar Run awards sponsorship based on the child’s financial need. Full sponsorships covering all registration fees OR partial sponsorships covering a portion of the fees may be awarded.

The information submitted will be reviewed thoroughly by our Camp Director and will be kept strictly confidential. Deadline for scholarship submission is April 15, 2025. Awardees will be notified of acceptance on a rolling basis.

Please explain in 500 words or less why you are seeking financial assistance. Include any special circumstances such as high medical bills or unemployment, and any other pertinent information.
Please explain how this child would benefit from attending camp at Cedar Run this year.
Please select at least two camp weeks your camper would like to attend. Be sure that your child is eligible for a camp running that week. We cannot guarantee your choices, but we will make every effort to work with you.
