Now is your chance to go behind-the-scenes and find out! Join one of our state licensed wildlife rehabilitators for brunch (bagels, doughnuts, coffee and tea) followed by an in-depth discussion and tour of our Wildlife Hospital and outdoor rehabilitation enclosures. These facilities are not open to the general public – this is a rare opportunity to tour them with a licensed wildlife rehabilitator.

We’ll learn to walk like an animal, follow tracks around the refuge and make tracks of your own, discover scat and enjoy lunch and marshmallows by a roaring fire! Children should dress for the weather and plan on spending the day entirely outdoors. Bring a lunch, snack and water bottle. 9am-3pm. Grades K-5th. $60/child. Its cold! Let’s give our animal friends a boost to make it the rest of the winter and prep for spring with bird feeders and berry treats! We’ll find out how animals survive the long cold winter.
