Give yourself permission to rest, rejuvenate, and awaken your entire being with Yoga Nidra and Sound Healing! Yoga Nidra is a guided meditation for deep mental, emotional, and physical relaxation. This, paired with a Crystal Sound Bath will aid in tuning into your deepest Self and physical frequencies. These techniques are scientifically proven to reduce stress, anxiety, and depression, as well as improve sleep and your overall wellbeing. Nothing is required of you but to lie down and listen. Allow yourself to be held and supported as you cultivate peace and presence through your own inner journey.

Please bring any and all props necessary to assist you in comfortably lying down in stillness (pillows, yoga mat, blankets, bolsters, cushions, etc.) The more comfortable you are the better.
