Cedar Run’s Nature Center is OPEN!

UPDATED 8/3/2021 – The Nature Center will be open to the public 10am-4pm EVERY DAY (no appointment needed). The Nature Center restrooms & playroom are cleaned daily. Outside restrooms will continue to be provided as well.

Face Coverings: In accordance with the most current CDC guidance, we request that all visitors (vaccinated AND unvaccinated) wear a mask while exploring the inside of the Nature Center. Individuals, over age 2, without a face covering will not be admitted. In the event you do not have or are unable to wear a face covering, the alternate admission options (fee boxes and text to give) will remain in effect. Our priority is keeping your place in the wild a safe and healthy environment for all of our supporters. Please help yourself to a complimentary mask if you forgot yours!

Social Distancing: Social distancing of six feet is strongly encouraged within the building and along the trails in the Wildlife Housing Area.

Hand Sanitizer: Hand sanitizer will be available at the building entry and exit, and guests are encouraged to use them. Staff will sanitize their hands between transactions with guests.

Cleaning: Cleaning protocols for public spaces have been expanded, with sanitization of all surfaces scheduled regularly.

Cedar Run remains committed to the health and safety of visitors and staff, and will be evaluating COVID-19 policies, procedures and hours on continual basis; changes may be implemented at any time so please check back before each visit. These are difficult economic and pandemic times, consider making a generous donation so that we can continue to provide life-saving care to the many animals that rely on us.
