Come out on Saturday, November 19th and you will even see a Cedar Run resident from 11am-2pm at the event!
Pick from a variety of amazing designs by the artists at 168 Tattoo on the flash sheet. Tattoos are 100% vegan ink and approximately 2-3″ to be placed on your arm or leg. $80 per tattoo.
