Cedar Run Wildlife Refuge is seeking a new Executive Director.

Responsibilities

The Executive Director (ED) is the Chief Executive Officer of Woodford Cedar Run Wildlife Refuge (WCRWR) supervising all aspects of the Center’s operations, including personnel, programs, facilities and financial management, membership, special events, public relations and development efforts. The ED is responsible for the implementation of policies set by the Board of Trustees

The successful candidate will have Executive level experience, a fundraising track record, and a passion for nature conservation and related environmental issues. The ED will have the ability to supervise and interact with our administrative and education staff, a busy rehabilitation hospital staff and volunteers, as well as our many members, donors, and visitors. The ED will have broad authority to lead WCRWR, reporting directly to the Board of Trustees.
